Copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos or other files on the website belong exclusively to ECCP or the expressly named rights holders. For the reproduction of any elements, the copyright holder’s prior written consent must be obtained.

Based on European Directives and the provisions, everyone is entitled to privacy and protection from misuse of their personal data. ECCP complies with these provisions. Personal data is kept strictly confidential and is not sold or passed on to any third party.

In close cooperation with the hosting providers, ECCP strives to protect the databases against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification.

When you access the ECCP website, the following data is saved in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information about operating system and/or browser. This user data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluation in order to identify trends and improve services.

Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics

Our events require registration with a ECCP account. Contact information is used to get in touch with participants if necessary.
Data Protection
Data and information entered by users will be treated confidentially. The registered users thereby declare that they agree to receive information from ECCP according to their stated profile. Processing of personal data will always comply with the applicable data protection laws.

You are required to select a password during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under them during your use of the Website.

For registration and identification within the clustercollaboration.eu and related databases, the IP address in use may be recorded. We use this data only to tailor our visitor's experience at our site, and do not provide these data to external bodies.

Please note that there will be a photographer at the event and some video footage may be taken. Images and footage will be used for internal publications, websites, and promotion of similar events in the future.
