A webinar for the exchange of case studies among peers has been set up by The European Society for Association Professionals (ESAE) on the 14^th of  May from 16:00 to 17:00 (CET). The event will include discussions on the effects of COVID-19 on leadership and provide an opportunity to hear what other peer leaders are doing. The goal is to exchange views and learn from each other. These activities will be implemented in view of how associations need flexible leaders who can adapt and are able to guide associates and staff through these and other critical times. Registration can be done online. The speakers will include:

• Mohamed Mezghani, Secretary General, UITP
