The 29 Catalan clusters are working on concrete initiatives to face the emergency caused by the Covid-19 in areas such as the production of medical equipment, cybersecurity and telework, home education, mental health in the context of confinement and feeding. These are the clusters that are part of the Catalonia Clusters program of ACCIÓ -the agency for the competitiveness of the company, depending on the Departament d’Empresa i Coneixement- which groups more than 2,600 companies and entities (such as universities and technology centers) and represent 30% of the GDP of Catalonia.

Throughout this week, 20,000 batches will be distributed in Barcelona with food products, health recommendations, information on municipal services in the face of the COVID-19 crisis and information on food sales and delivery services to people over 70 chronically ill and confined people who are affected by COVID19 .
