Our main support services provided are:

- Industry 4.0 Individual Diagnosis: the objective of the Diagnosis is to evaluate the level of digital maturity of the company regarding a defined sectorial standard based on similar companies best practices. Based on this evaluation, a roadmap is generated to guide the company in its digital transformation process, taking into account the strategic orientation of the company and its priority competitiveness factors.

- Digital Solutions Vademecum What technologies exist to achieve digital transformation? How, who can help the companies to integrate them? We provide this support in a collection of available solutions, digital enablers, suppliers, indications and references in a dynamic compilation: a digital solutions' Vademecum

- Access to technology services: we provide along with technological experts strategic mentoring, digital marketing services, lean manufacturing implementations and training.

- Access to public support: This service provides access and information to all available aids according to topics and open calls. Mainly regional and national programmes but also international ones. 

- Internationalisation support: access to third countries markets through the regional and national institutions: ICEX and Cámara de Comercio de Valencia

2017

Leadership: DINAMIZA_CV regional project_Dissemination and promotion of digital transformation and absorption of industry 4.0.

The objective of this project was to support digital transformation and the absorption of innovative technologies by industrial companies through the promotion and revitalization of industry 4.0 and productive, environmental and social sustainability. In the first place, it was intended to boost the sensitivity of the companies with respect to these issues and, secondly, to facilitate the path of technological and digital integration in companies within the metal-mechanic sector.

It was developed in 4 actions below clasified by topics:

During 2016, 3 events were held:

  • Business Management

 Conference: "Improve in Full Crisis ?: Scientific Management of the business. Held on March 8, 2016, October 6, 2015, it was attended by 51 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.

  • R & D + i:

 Conference: "Programs of aid in Innovation and Internationalization. Held on March 9, 2016, it counted with the participation of 55 companies from the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.  Workshop to promote participation in European H2020 projects. Held on June 2, 2016, it consisted of a working session to explain to a small group of 5 companies how to prepare a proposal to the H2020 programs.

2015

During 2015, 10 events were held:

  • Business Management

 Conference: "How to increase the profitability of business R + D + i ?: Optimization of tax incentives." Held on October 6, 2015, it counted with the participation of 15 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.  Conference: "How do you get recommended for your service? Held on October 8, 2015, it counted with the participation of 11 professionals from companies in the Valencian metalworking sector.

  • R & D + i:

 Conference: "H2020 Challenge 5:" Action for Climate, Environment, Efficiency of Resources and Raw Materials. "Held on January 29, 2015, it counted with the participation of more than 100 professionals from companies in the Valencian Community.

  • Technology: New materials, New Processes, etc.

 Conference: "Industrial Applications of Open Hardware: The Arduino Platform". Held on February 11, 2015, the event counted with the participation of 26 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.  Conference: "Industrial Opportunities of 3D Printing". Held on March 27, 2015, the event was attended by 50 professionals from companies in the Valencian metalworking sector. The day was held at the facilities of the Metalworking Technology Institute - AIMME, so that attendees could know in-situ the capabilities and equipment available to the institute in the field of additive manufacturing.

  • Market development.

 Conference: "Digital Marketing for internationalization" Held on March 4, 2015, the event was attended by 18 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.

  • Business cooperation.

 Business Cooperation Day or "Metal Trending Day", aimed at fostering collaboration between companies in the Valencian metalworking sector, promoting the development of common projects and the interconnection between the needs and capacities of VALMETAL partners. The day, held on March 26, 2015, was based on conducting bilateral interviews between the companies that participated in the event, so that business relationships could be generated to improve the competitiveness of companies through the generation of business and the mutual knowledge of the associates.

  • Projects executed with companies

 Design of a universal electronic controller for a range of automatic paint mixers. Carried out in collaboration by the company VALVER AIR SPEED, S.L., the company CONTAVAL Automatismos y Componentes Electrónicos, S.L., the Metalmecánico AIMME Technological Institute and the Innovative Business Group VALMETAL. The project allowed us to develop an innovative solution tailored to the needs of the company VALVER AIR SPEED, by providing it with a device that is capable of being installed in its range of paint mixers, improving the performance of these, since the resulting product has been optimized to respond to the needs that VALVER customers demand for their products.  Design of a load securing system for land transport. "Carried out in collaboration by the company AITEC Asesores Internacionales, SL, the company Comercial de Carrocerías y Frigoríficos, SL, the AIMME Metalworking Technology Institute and the VALMETAL Innovative Business Group. It allowed to develop an innovative solution for the stowage of merchandise for the transport of merchandise by road, which improves the process of subjection of the load inside the trucks and trailers and eliminates the interaction of the operators, reducing in this way the human error, which It can be translated into accidents and deterioration of merchandise.  Implementation of SOL-GEL technology in the anodized aluminum industry ", was carried out in collaboration by the Business Association for the Innovation of Metal and Related Productive Processes - VALMETAL, the Metalworking Technology Institute - AIMME and the company ALVAREZ SCHAER, SA It allowed to develop an innovative solution tailored to the needs of the company ALVAREZ SCHAER, by providing it with a novel technology applicable in the anodized aluminum industry that significantly improves the production processes currently on the market, allowing ALVAREZ SCHAER differentiate yourself from your competitors and position yourself as a technological reference

 

2014

During 2014, 6 events were held, in different formats and durations, in the following fields:

  • Business Management:

 Conference: "Strategic Plans focused on Action." Held on March 11, 2014, 17 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector participated.  Conference: "IMPROVE METAL: Impulse Plan for the Metal Industry of the Valencian Community." Held on September 25, 2014, it counted with the participation of 28 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.  Conference: "Innovative ICT Solutions in Process Optimization for the Industry". Held on September 25, 2014 in collaboration with the Institute of Information Technology, it counted with the participation of 23 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.

  • R & D + i:

 Conference: "Support instruments for SMEs 2014: IVACE and SGR." Held on March 3, 2014, it counted with the participation of 51 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.

 Technical Visit to the Institute of Automation and Industrial Computing - ai2. Held on May 23, 2014, the visit was attended by 15 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector. During the visit, the professionals of the Institute showed attendees the different lines of research that the center has and that are applicable to the metalworking sector. It is worth noting: "ROBOTICS", "PROCESS CONTROL", "ARTIFICIAL VISION" and "INCREASED REALITY".

  • Market development.

 Conference on the internationalization of human resources. Held on June 25, 2014, the event was attended by 8 professionals from companies in the Valencian metal-mechanic sector.

We organize several seminars and activities related to the digital enablers forward "the industry of the future" and that also includes topics concerning resource efficiency, energy saving, innovation applications in several fields.Our goal is to achieve a connected, collaborative, innovative and competitive ecosystem within the Valencian Industry.
