Mission/Objectives: 

The BCB is based on three main objectives; Innovation, Internationalization and Smart networking for the Beauty Industry.

We make our companies more competitive by creating new projects and offering value added services, through individual and collective initiatives. We project ourselves to the world from our own origin, and we adopt the values that bring us together and the synergies enhancing our characteristics and attributes.

We believe that sharing the knowledge and the experience is one of the bases for cooperation and collaboration between companies, sectors and countries.

INNOVATION: We are focused on promoting the innovation of the cluster companies by providing them useful information, formation pills and the preparation of events where the latest innovations on beauty can we shared.

INTERNATIONALIZATION: BCB is really active on going at international fairs, increasing the visibility of their companies and enhancing the knowledge of potential international partners. Moreover, an yearly event is prepared where expertised companies on internationalization can share their experiences giving advices.

NETWORKING: The interconnection of the companies is crucial for the growth of the beauty industry. In that sense, BCB organizes events 100% focused on networking activities, where the connection between companies is facilitated, sometimes accompanied by  creative and innovative workshops.

We are part of an European Strategic Cluster Partnership for Going International, within the project Cosmetics4Wellbeing: a driver to international wellbeing industry (2018-2019).

Success Story / Achievements: 

INNOVATION:

  • Promotion of Innovation Day at Barcelona (2nd edition on 2016). During that day a huge number of top professionals attends and explains the latest innovations in the beauty sector.

INTERNATIONALIZATION:

  • Participating during 4 years at InCosmetics International Exhibition.
  • Global collaboration agreement with Cosmetic Valley (France), Polo Della Cosmesi (Italy) and Japan Cosmetic Center (Japan)
  • Promotion of the 1st Beauty International Markets Day, where Pills of knowledge about Internationalization were given by experts (realized on February, 2017).
