Mission/Objectives:

SBC understands sustainability as an utopia which helps to attain goals along its path to improve the buildings footprint and to assist a new and integrating model between economic activity and human civilization. SBC pursues developing principles, methodologies and tools in order to create pillars in sustainable building and generating new business activities. SBC pretends to follow and nourish sustainability guidelines promoted by European Union in order to take advantage of a major competitive position by means of innovation in this emerging sector of sustainable building. The change of paradigm in which SBC participates is attained by means of dissemination of principles, values and knowledge of this new sustainable building model to all actors. Furthermore, professional training is a need to implement these goals.
