Mission/Objectives: 

The aim of the EAA initiative is formulated in 3 directional objectives:

  1. Security and representation of interests of automotive branch, co-operators, and entrepreneurs connected with it.
  2. Creating conditions beneficial to branch growth in Republic of Poland, especially considering macro region of east Poland.
  3. Promoting automotive knowledge and engagement in the process of creating educational policy aimed at preparation of regional economic cadre.

EAA organizes meetings called ThinkTanks in eight fields: HR, R&D, EHS, Lean Management, Quality Management, Maintenance, Group Purchasing and External Logistics. The aim of the TT meetings is to exchange knowledge and develop good practices. There are specialists being invited to the meetings, such as lawyers, trainers etc.
