Mission/Objectives: 

The Latvian Wood Construction Cluster was founded in early 2012 by uniting more than 20 manufacturers of wooden houses, educational and research institutions, and other associated companies.

The objective of the establishment of the cluster is promoting the cooperation of companies operating in the industry by building up the manufacturing and export market potential. The cluster is a business-oriented union which prioritizes company development, entry into new markets, and the expansion of current markets.

Cluster aims to support its members by acting as a middleman in cooperation with other clusters and similar organisation cross Europe and worldwide. Cluster has attracted EU funds in order to help companies promote their products and services within the EU market.

Cluster organises regular meetings between members and attracts other similar companies and organisations in order to introduce members to novelties and different aspects of the market.
