Cluster Strategy
Mission/Objectives:

Proplast mission is to be a technological pole at European level, supplying the industry with excellent plastics processing, materials engineering and product design services.

Internal goal: to be a highly competent, creative and professional team, operating in an efficient, serene, and stimulating working environment that supports personal growth and teamwork.

Overall guidelines for the next 3 years strategy:

The next years will see an additional need of new development and adaptation to the market needs.

Main principle that will drive such development for Proplast will be:

  • public funding support has decreased significantly and showed its unpredictable character: a solid organization cannot rely too much on those public support sources
  • private contracts are the most reliable source of income
  • turnover generated by a selected variety of high level services sold to the members/non members is the MAIN KPI that a cluster can have

Success Story / Achievements:
Why should partners choose you for cooperation?:

Proplast Consortium was created with the aim to promote the plastic culture in Italy. The main goals of Proplast are:

  1. The offering of services to all those - enterprises and people - who operate in the plastics field and are interested in its development.
  2. The creation of a reference point for experimental and research activities, both within the courses and in favour of companies working in the plastic field.
  3. The representation of a reference point for a professional education about plastics.
  4. The promotion of the co-operation between national and international companies, athenaeums and other business, formative and research entities
