The goal of the Cluster is to support producers by attracting external funding, courses of training, integration with a scientific community and promotion of regional, traditional and organic products in the Podkarpackie voivodeship, their popularization, as well as supporting common culinary heritage. The Cluster membership means mutual cooperation of its members, exchange of experiences and ideas, thus specialized courses of training, conferences and discussion-meetings are organized.

Why should partners choose you for cooperation?: 

Subcarpathian Flavour Cluster is one of the custer in Podkarpackie region which carry out of regional, traductional and ecological products.

The Cluster Subcarpathian Flavours was established in January 2013 and at that time consisted of 21 entities, mainly regional, traditional and organic food producers, the Association for Development and Promotion of Podkarpacie “Pro Carpathia” and other stakeholders from the Podkarpackievoivodeship. The Cluster currently associates 67 entities. Apart from regional, traditional and organic food producers, it also includes restaurants serving their customers traditional and local dishes. The following entities can become a member of the Cluster: enterprises, research organizations, business support organizations, public and private higher education schools, public institutions, whose principles remain consistent with the actions undertaken by the Cluster. The goal of the Cluster is to support producers by attracting external funding, courses of training, integration with a scientific community and promotion of regional, traditional and organic products in the Podkarpackie voivodeship, their popularization, as well as supporting common culinary heritage. The initiator of the Cluster Subcarpathian Flavours is the Association “Pro Carpathia”. Business information platform is the website: www.podkarpackiesmaki.pl.
