Mission/Objectives: 

The association was founded on January 27,2018 ,the purpose of establishment is to integrate the industry of offshore wind turbine foundation and marine engineering, including geotechnical engineering、structural engineering、seabed survey &soil tests、material engineering、anti-corrosion、O/M、vessels、investigating、foundation design、shipping、installation、inspection、training、certification、metocean,etc. To promote technology upgrading and industrial development of domestic offshore wind turbine industry.

Mission

  1. To integrate the professional technologies of offshore wind turbine foundation and marine engineering, including geotechnical engineering、structural engineering、seabed survey &soil tests、material engineering、anti-corrosion、O/M、vessels、investigating、foundation design、shipping、installation、inspection、training、certification、metocean,etc.
  2. Accepting the entrustment of the government agencies and companies to handle the technical services related to the review, evaluation, investigation, and appraisal of the wind turbine foundation projects.
  3. Providing academic, regulatory, and educational opinions on the offshore wind turbine foundation engineering for reference by the competent authority of the government agency.
  4. Accepting commissioned research on related technologies of offshore wind turbine foundation engineering and providing professional services.
  5. Research, development and promotion of offshore wind turbine foundation engineering academics and related science and technology.
  6. Other related engineering matters of the offshore wind turbine foundation.
