The association was founded in order to support the association members through:

  • Promotion of organic agricultural production and processing,
  • Increase of innovation and competitiveness,
  • The protection and preservation of the environment,
  • Sustainable development of rural areas,
  • Promotion of organic products,
  • Representation of the principles defined in the standards of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM)
  • stimulating entrepreneurship,
  • encouraging the exchange of ideas, knowledge and information among member states,
  • Promotion and support gender equality,
  • Advocating and providing technical assistance to members in obtaining funds for the implementation of development projects in various foreign and domestic sources of financing,

International Business Meetings/Date and place: 25. September 2015 in Selenca

Topics that have been covered at event: production and trade of organic food and drink; organic seeds and plant material; protective products in organic agriculture; agricultural machinery and equipment; packaging; renewable energy; production equipment; applied science and research; innovative technology in organic production; partner collaboration on projects funded by the EU.

The aim of event was to promote business cooperation, show achievements and initiate joint performances, as well as to help companies more easily and quickly to reach domestic and foreign partners.

Number of registered participants: 79 participants from 8 countries

Number of required meetings: 155 meetings/Number of meetings: 104 meetings

Businesses that reported participation had the opportunity to choose potential partners according to their characteristics and interest in cooperation. Based on this selection, each participant is assigned a list of meetings, with just the right place, time and information about potential partners, several days in advance.

On the international business meetings has been registered 79 participants from 8 countries: Belgium (1), Bosnia and Herzegovina (2) Croatia (9), Hungary (1), FYR Macedonia (2), Serbia (57), Slovakia (6), and Slovenia (1). Based on the evaluation of the collected at the event, participants assessed that the meetings were very successful. The event was attended by 14 representatives of the media.


Public works were conducted 19.6.-18.12.2015. within the organization of the camp in Bogojevo. Report on public works by the National Employment Service estimated as the best so far, a ratio of professional associations as they have not seen

Participation in a fair in Nuremberg, visit of organic farms in Austria, organization of business meetings and events "U smiraj dana"

In cooperation with the Association of Serbian molecular gastronomes and production company Scorpio TV show "Kuhinjica" has been recorded. The molecular gastronome Marijana Pedović with her guests cooked dishes from organic and traditionally produced food. Through a series of 52 shows, in each will be promote video of the producers, their farm, manufacturing characteristics, and thus promote their system of life and a healthy diet.

The creating a database of organic producers in Vojvodina came out from the need to be showed everything in one place as an overview of the current situation in the field of organic agriculture in Vojvodina.

Vertigo Productions in cooperation with VOC made 150 episodes in the series “Bukvar organske proizvodnje”. In the first series of the show was dedicated to the concepts and areas of organic production, then the institutions, that are engaged in organic production and finally presenting organic producers themselves.

StartUp project of developer company Eton Digital is conceived as an online platform for the sale of organic products. All manufacturers who are interested will be able to open their profile and present their farm or company. There are options for the method of payment and delivery of goods and Vojvodina cluster of organic agriculture provides logistical support to farmers about mode of operation platform and help in setting up content on the portal.


Why should partners choose you for cooperation?: 

Vojvodina organic cluster (VOC) is an association founded in 2014 by the institutions, associations, producers, processors and distributors of organic products. The VOC consists of 62 members, of which 25 are legal entities and 37 registered farms engaged in organic production. For legal entities, 7 scientific and educational institutions, nine companies of the organic sector, 8 associations and 1 certificated company.

The cluster is, thanks to its capacity and the results achieved in 2016, became a member of the International Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM).

Website www.vok.org.rs created in WordPress platform for portals, is a unique information system for members. In the news section are set relevant news about organic production that are important for organic farmers, as well as the author's news that arose by visiting farms and other activities of the cluster. Members have their own subsites; they can upload materials that will best represent them, without requiring that everyone have their own site.

Facebook page followed by more than 2,700 people and individual contents reviewed over 62,000 people.
