2nd Video to promote the BluesXchange 

Blues programme is a reel opportunity for clusters, SMEs and scalling-up organization to foster their business development, meet new partners, develop new product and improve their skills by training. 

To promote the BluesXChange pilot, a 2nd pedagogic video was made to explain how does it works and what are the benefits!
