Workshop AMULET GIANCE 17.10.2024_0

As we approach the AMULET final event and the ELCA network General Assembly, we would like to invite you to participate in a workshop organised by Bax&Company under the GIANCE project which will be held on the 17th of October 2024 in Krakow, Poland, during the KOMPOZYT EXPO trade fair.

The workshop aims to foster collaboration and innovation in the field of advanced materials, bringing together leading companies, research and technology organisations, along with esteemed universities to address the challenges and breakthroughs in material science, with a special focus on the development and integration of graphene-based materials.

The AMULET partners and beneficiaries from the cascade funding competition both with ELCA entities present at that workshop will give a 5–7-minute presentation about their current developments in the field of lightweight materials and the challenges they face regarding the materials used and their performance/properties in their products.

In parallel, GIANCE partners, involving European top-notch RTOs and universities, will showcase cutting-edge advancements and innovations in graphene-based materials that have the potential to address these industry challenges and therefore improve performance.

Graphene, known for its exceptional strength, electrical conductivity, and lightweight properties, is revolutionizing various industries. This workshop will delve into its applications in creating lighter and more durable products that are already close to reaching the market.

Discussions will cover:
• Advances in graphene-based materials production and integration into commercial products.
• Case studies on successful implementations of graphene-based materials.
• The economic and environmental benefits of using graphene in product development.
• Future trends and emerging applications of graphene-based materials.

This workshop will be a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between research and practical application, driving forward innovation in material science while bringing improvements to different technologies and products.
