Automation of production data to achieve higher productivity and better planning in manufacturing

The aim of the advanced technology uptake project is to implement an AI-based production planning system that optimizes resource allocation, production times, and manufacturing sequences. This project will be executed in collaboration with the technology provider Juan Francisco García (INNOTECH MINDS SL). By leveraging artificial intelligence and digitization, POLINTER seeks to enhance productivity in its manufacturing processes, improve machine performance, and reduce manufacturing times, waste, stock, and delivery times. Overall, this project represents a significant step forward for POLINTER, as it seeks to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to streamline and enhance its production processes, ultimately leading to higher efficiency, cost savings, and improved customer satisfaction.

POLINTER S.A. will receive indirect EUR 10.500 from the European Union’s Single Market Programme through the SILEO Eurocluster project (GA 101074564).
