SILEO Talent Placement Project

il-silv soluții ingineresti S.R.L. aims to utilize the shortest possible energy chain in accordance with circular economy principles during the production and assembly of their designed furniture and interior products. The objective of this project is to support this process by integrating a professional Talent with the skills necessary to optimize the energy supply chain, considering the reversibility of auxiliary materials, the sustainability of the solutions, and other factors. Her role involves finding ways to reduce and reuse auxiliary materials, such as packaging materials. The goal is to develop energy and material-saving solutions in line with circular economy principles for Il-Silv's furniture projects. Il-Silv seeks to enhance competitiveness and leverage opportunities provided by artificial intelligence and software to achieve these goals.
