Thirty-three of your organisations supported the application of TECHTERA to mount the European project ALLIANCE in autumn 2017. We are pleased to announce that the project has been accepted for funding by the European Commission as part of the COSME programme. This project will promote exchanges between the textile sector and the defence and security aspects at a European level. The consortium of 7 partners (Italian, Dutch and French) is led by the TECHTERA cluster . Cosmetics4Wellbeing (C4W)

Last October, Cosmetic Valley organized together with EEN and Dev'Up (regional Development agency in Centre Val de Loire region) a workshop on "international : a major issue for business & innovation". This workshop has been the occasion to showcase the project Cosmetics4Wellbeing and target SMEs needs on internationalization, that we will take into consideration for building our internationalization strategy. It was a pleasure to be part of the #InnovationDay of the Polo della Cosmesi , in Crema - Italia, to present our innovative Cosmetics4Wellbeing project, in collaboration with Tim EAVES , President of Beauty Cluster Barcelona. As a matter of fact, the Cosmetics4Welbeing ESCP4i really hope that Italia will join us as a strategic partner to build our European cosmetic cluster and be part of the Cosmetics Clusters International Network. Cosmetics4Wellbeing consortium held its 3rd streering committee on October 19th, 2019 in Paris. Among discussions, the 2019 commercial exploratory mission abroad. As reminder, thought an in-deep market analysis (deliverable 3.2), five countries have been identified : - Mexico - South Korea - India - United Arab Emirates - USA After discussions based on our SMEs needs and knowledges from the sector, we decided to put a special focus on the 3 following countries (although the 5 countries will be included in the overall International Strategy (short, medium, long term)). 1. Last 18th of October 2018, Cosmetics4Wellbeing was at the heart of the international clusters network dedicated to innovation in cosmetics. Cosmetics Clusters Rendez-vous is the anual meeting gathering clusters from the entire cosmetics value chain. 60 clusters representants from 17 countires met though BtoBs and presented their expertises. The PIMAP Partnership, through the voice of its project coodinator, ALPHA-Route des Lasers & des Hyperfréquences was present at the EU-Korea Cluster Matchmaking Event on the 7-8 November in Vienna. The Basque Energy Cluster participated in the WindEurope Hamburg Expo 2018, the most important event of the year for the international wind power sector, from 25th to 28th September.
