Energy in Water ESCP partners The Water Cluster, Ea eco-entreprises and Zinnae will be taking part in the EU FP7 Water Efficiency in European Urban Areas ( WE@EU ) project's final event on May 18th. Energy in Water has partnered with 10 other European clusters and three other ESCPs to develop a joint H2020 proposal to tackle global challenges and emerging market opportunities within the food production and processing industry. The partnership expects to have the results of the initial proposal evaluation in the next couple of months and will then proceed to develop the full project proposal. Energy in Water was invited by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) to attend the first of ten international collaboration events in order to promote cooperation between cluster organisations from Europe and other strategic markets to explore common visions and seek partnerships. The Energy in Water (EnW) project kick off meeting was recently hosted in Leeuwarden, Netherlands during which the partners came together to discuss the planned project activities and their ambitions for the next 2 years. This meeting was hosted as an official side event of EIP Water which attracted over 500 attendees, with a dedicated private networking lunch with 200 attendees including EnW.
