Project REINA to Clear the Way to Internationalisation

World EU Cluster Initiative in Renewables and Sustainable Energy International

REINA is a cooperation project that aims at designing and implementing cluster-specific internationalisation strategies of world-wide scope.

The clusters and their members–mainly small and medium enterprises–have defined clear goals for their activities like market screenings and strategy development in the sector of renewable energies. Starting off with a profound analysis of the market chances in Latin America, North America, Eastern Europe and Asia, REINA seeks to improve internationalisation of their member companies. A mid-term goal is to raise exports into the target markets.

With activities like promotional and marketing actions or the development of a network of key contacts REINA is planning to develop high relevance in the development of successful and value-added internationalisation support mechanisms for their members.
