On Monday December 3 rd 2018, the LIFE-FLAREX consortium participated in a Fire Safety workshop organized by the International Association of Fire Safety Science ( IAFSS ) in Brussels. Two partners of the LIFE-FLAREX consortium attended, CENTEXBEL as technical expert and AEI TÈXTILS as the project coordinator. Two successful events were held in November for the ENTROPI project and materials and information from these events will shortly be available on the Offshore Platforms website in the downloads section here . The OPEC project has been investigating the technical and economic feasibility of Multi-Use Platforms at Sea to support various combinations of revenue generating applications such as renewable energy generation, aquaculture and security and surveillance.
