Objectives: INCluSilver project aims at supporting the collaboration between actors belonging to the different sectors, to create the right conditions for generating and validating innovative ideas in the field of personal nutrition for the silver population that have a great potential to reach the market.

Executive Summary WP 1 Market Intelligence and Strategy Setting
(Lead: NUIG/ Co-lead: Aston U and AI/ Support: all)
A literature review will be performed at the beginning of the project in order to highlight the main challenges to be addressed during the project and to identify potential solutions close to the market. Alongside with the literature review, a panel of expert - PoE will be selected in order to ensure the scientific credibility of the work performed.
WP 2 Setting up a collaborative virtual environment
(Lead: SFIN/ Co-lead: DARe and AI/ Support: all)
This work package aims at building a free collaborative virtual environment - CVE dedicated to the personalized nutrition stakeholders, mainly SMEs.
- a common platform for experts; to identify training and networking needs and other critical components early in the project
- Set-up a tool for technology compilation and screening; a user-friendly tool for screening potentially applicable technologies to PN ideas
- Set-up a Partner Search Tool for the calls for proposals launched for the Proposal Innovation Voucher - PIV in WP3
- Within this WP, two innovation trainings and networking events (ITNE) will take place in order to foster SMEs interaction and collaboration and help new ideas to flourish.
WP 3 Implementing an Innovation Voucher Scheme
(Lead: InnoSkart/ Co-lead: Corallia and Aston U/ Support: all)
Within the framework of the project, financial support for innovative ideas will be provided. The vouchers will be managed collectively by the partners and will be a ready-to-use instrument for the
SMEs. Within the framework of this WP, a specific innovation voucher scheme - IVS will be developed and implemented. The IVS will consist in three different vouchers.

WP 4 Design and implementation of SMEs Innovation Support Services
(Lead: CORALLIA/ Co-lead: CLUSAGA/ Support: all)
This work package aims at offering innovation support to the participants of the different calls for proposals launched during the project within the PIV (proposal innovation voucher). The starting point for this WP is to map the innovation support services - ISS already offered by the involved partners and bridge gaps between high and low-performing serviced participants.

WP 5 Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability

This WP will ensure a successful communication, dissemination and exploitation of the project results through various channels such as networks, events, web, newsletters, blogs, social media and newspapers. A dissemination and communication strategy will be defined to especially target SMEs, with focus on networking, knowledge sharing across borders and relevant industrial sectors and calls dissemination.
The WP will include forming a “cluster of clusters” to ensure long term collaboration and value creation
WP 6 Project Management and Impact Monitoring
(Lead: SFIN/ Co-lead: CLUSAGA/ Support: all)
SFIN and CLUSAGA will be in charge of the overall coordination and management of INCluSilver project, including technical and financial aspects of the project. More precisely, SFIN will be the project coordinator and CLUSAGA will be the administrative coordinator.
A specific task will be set up to be able to evaluate the results and monitor the impact of the project.
