Description

Digital health engages entirely new sectors far beyond ‘traditional’ life sciences, such as  biotech and medtech SMEs and big industry in health (the automotive industry is one new player).  It brings with it great opportunity for clusters but also great challenges, with regulatory requirements, investment patterns and cultural approaches all very different between sectors.

The BIO 2016 Global Cluster Hub brings together cluster managers and key players from across the globe, with unique insights into the arrival of digital health within their own communities, plus opportunities to build partnerships around specific aspects of digital health.  CEBR members will present specific examples of digital health cluster support activities, alongside our global international cluster partners and we look forward to opening doors between clusters on the fastest moving sectoral development in the world.

The session is an open meeting, generously hosted on the European Commission booth within the Exhibition Centre of BIO.  We welcome attendees from all sectors to be part of an interactive and informative meeting.

All CEBR members attending BIO will be an integral part of this session and if you are a non member and would like to stay informed, please contact info [at] cebr.neinfo [at] cebr.net.">t.
