CUBE IN is organizing, in collaboration with IMP³rove Academy, a free webinar with the title: “The influence of cultures on innovation management capacities of SMEs”.

In this webinar, invited speaker Egbert Schram, will focus on two main areas:
- How can SMEs use organisational culture to promote innovation mindset?
- How national culture affects innovation?
Egbert Schram is the CEO of Hofstede Insights. He is astute, passionate about his work, known to make complex things understandable by focusing on pragmatic solutions. His main focus is to help global leaders and managers deal with the challenges (and fun) of working in unpredictable and impossible situations and help people professional create more awareness about the importance of people in today´s work environment. If you need an Ice-breaker, Egbert is the go-to guy. Other professional activities include being the Chairman of the international chapter at the Finnish HR Federation and a member of Amcham Finland (Egbert is the Amchampion of the year 2017).
