These reoccurring questions from top executives across a wide range of European companies indicate some of the underlying frustrations and challenges. The background for this webinar is a recent research project which has involved work with three major Japanese corporations and their international acquisitions.
The webinar is targeted to European companies involved in (or considering) Japanese M&As and seeking to increase the chances of a positive outcome.
