EU-Japan Centre Webinar 150: CROSS CULTURAL ISSUES: INFLUENCE DECISION MAKING PROCESSES IN JAPANESE ORGANISATIONS (PART 2)

Decision-making processes in Japanese organisations is an area of considerable bafflement to outsiders, but the Japanese approach to decision-making is based on different priorities and concerns, behind which lies clear pragmatic thinking. As in the first webinar, our commentary will also take account of the Japanese perspective on the European approach to decision making.
