Description

Today’s economies and societies are ruled by the extremely fast development of advanced technologies.

European industry is at a crossroads, both in terms of bolstering its existing strengths and getting back to the driver’s seat in the digital transformation race.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has shaken industry and posed new challenges, however, it also created new opportunities for pursuing technological transformation and shifted the attention even more on to the digital and green transition.

In this context, the Advanced Technologies for Industry (ATI) project provides a systematic monitoring of technological trends and data on advanced technologies to properly support the implementation of policies and initiatives and finally promote a competitive European industry.

This online event on 14 December (10.00-12.30 CET) will present some interesting tools which monitor advanced technologies trends and developments, discuss how to better monitor technology uptake across European Union (EU) sectors and give a voice to industry associations and clusters to share their experience and needs to benefit from this initiative in a practical way.

The event is addressed primarily to industry associations, clusters and sectoral networks, but all interested stakeholders are welcome to join.
