Dear clusters,
The European Cluster Collaboration Platform (EECP) and the U.S. Department of Commerce will organise a webinar prior to the Hannover Messe to help EU and U.S. clusters and economic development organisations to get to know each other, to discuss expectations regarding the matchmaking event and to already facilitate the networking between the participants.
Objectives of the webinar:
- Presentation of the clusters
o Allow for pre-matching of participants
o Provide latest information on the event organization and logistic matters: event outline, sessions, participation rules, reimbursement of expenses
o Answer to questions that may arise
Draft agenda:
1. Short introduction of the event outline
2. Reminder of participation rules and reimbursement guidelines (EU clusters)
3. Presentation of the clusters, including Q/A from other participants
4. General Q/A
5. Closing
Time: 2 hours; 4:30PM to 6:30PM - CET TIME
