Description
A webinar for the exchange of case studies among peers was set up by The European Society for Association Professionals (ESAE) on the 14th of May from 16:00 to 17:00 (CET). The event included discussions on the effects of COVID-19 on leadership and provided an opportunity to hear what other peer leaders are doing. The goal was to exchange views and learn from each other. These activities were implemented in view of how associations need flexible leaders who can adapt and are able to guide associates and staff through these and other critical times.The speakers included:
