The Health Care system was the most affected by the Covid 19 crisis.

The EIT Health has published a Handbook for the implementation of value based health care system in Europe. 

The study plays upon the concepts of value and waste applied to the health system. For example, the World Health Organisation  and the OECD both consider that around 30%  of resources spent on health care are wasted on avoidable complications, unnecessary treatments or administrative inefficiencies.
