Recap of the week (30 march to 3 of april)
Before the meeting starts, Ulla mentioned the interest of her new general director about the work of clusters. She is preparing a report to inform her.
- Exit strategy is a subject that should be included in one of the next meetings.
- A proposal from Guilles to organize better the meetings was discussed. His proposal divides the meetings in 3 blocks: presentation made by the invited speakers (20’), identification of needs (20’) and identification of solutions (20’).
- The suggestion includes the also the information, in advance, about the subjects that will be discussed and target to have meetings of 60’. Suggested to start at weekends at 9:30.
- How to handle the actions points? One possibility is to include them also in the eccp platform. Control of the discussions…
- Reinforcing of the need to speak about exit strategy. How to build business models for the future?..is a question that should be in our minds…social economy should also be brought to the discussion…
- Need for the identification of homologation experts.
- Attention is called to the disruption of the value chains…
- Suggested to have a summary of each session not to forget what is decided.
