It is very often difficult to organize the delivery of necessary equipment during a pandemic by organizing appropriate and fast transport.

COP Cluster from Poland is looking for carriers and transport organizations like transport clusters with the power to tie the deals or the contacts with carriers which could help us deliver the equipment straight from the place of production to the destinations – EU airports and other like in the US, Florida.

About COP Cluster:

COP Cluster is a unique organization that has no equivalent in Polish economic realities. The multi-industry, supra-regional industrial cluster covers the area of not only the former Central Industrial District (COP) but almost all of Poland, at the same time going far beyond its borders. The activities of the COP Cluster are focused on the development of enterprises operating in 13 industry sectors. These include mainly: construction, renewable energy, transport and logistics, agri-food, metal, machinery, foreign trade, new technologies, and medicine.

At present, the COP Cluster business network consists of several hundred entities, including over 130 entities directly forming the basic structure of the cluster. COP Cluster focuses its attention on the cooperation of entrepreneurs with vision and companies with a clear strategy of dynamic development, the main and most dynamic local governments in Poland, innovative research and development institutions, and business-related organizations that support the development of Polish entrepreneurship.

COP Cluster, going beyond the borders of Poland, began creating the international COP Group, in which, regardless of the structure in Poland, the COP Cluster has a network of own representative offices in 22 countries and - additionally - 3 sister business organizations. The countries in which the COP Group operates are markets with high development potential, where economic conditions allow for the creation of safe and dynamic enterprises. The assumption of this strategy is to create an effective network of international business connections and a specific internal market for cluster members.

The COP Cluster develops its activity also focused on the industry groups of the COP Cluster, where, depending on the needs, appropriate interest groups are created to implement specific business projects. Particularly important for the COP Cluster is the activity of the Machinery and Construction Industry Section. This is related to the fast and effective progress of work on the organization of the COP Group structure in Africa and the industry program that will be carried out there with the participation of the COP Cluster.

Cooperation with West African countries is primarily projects based on Polish technologies and products, enabling the development of manufacturing and trade companies, which in the short term, will form the basis for wider cooperation between individual COP Group organizations in this region.

The broad activity of the Cluster aimed at promoting Polish innovation and the implementation of unique Polish industrial technologies also plays an important role. The signing of the cooperation agreement as well as close contacts with Polish university research centers create opportunities for quick commercialization of the achievements of Polish technical thought. Regardless of the larger business projects, the COP Cluster develops contacts aimed at increasing the scale of start-ups, particularly intensively in the engineering, IT and renewable energy segments.

The cluster's international cooperation also includes inter-university projects implemented under EU Erasmus + programs and other available sources of financial assistance. Recently, intensive work has been conducted to develop inter-university cooperation between Polish and West African universities. In addition to didactic activities, exchange of knowledge and staff, it is planned to organize a microbiological research center and other centers supporting the development program proposed by the COP Cluster to sister cluster organizations in Africa.

In a difficult situation of global threat and pandemic coronavirus, the COP Cluster, in consultation with the Polish Clusters Association and in cooperation with the most outstanding Polish economists, takes part in the preparation and evaluation of government proposals for anti-crisis solutions for Polish enterprises. At the same time, using its partners around the world, it operates in the sphere of trade organization and supporting wholesale supplies of protective equipment and medical devices for medical services in Poland and other EU countries.
