For some time now, the disease curve has been growing day by day in Poland in the Silesian Voivodeship (where there are most mines in the country).

Most of the diseases occurred among miners and their families.

The situation is now slowly starting to calm down, and five mines that had previously stopped coal mining due to coronavirus have gradually started to resume mining in recent days.

Currently, 7327 infections have been confirmed in the Silesian Voivodeship (this is by far the largest result in Poland), more than half of these people are miners.
