The Discussion Paper aims to provide an overview of the current cooperation activities between European and Colombian clusters, as well as the nature of collaboration between clusters and other types of Research & Innovation actors. This paper provides examples of good practices to showcase different types of collaboration. Furthermore, it provides an analysis of the potential for cluster cooperation in the future.

This report builds upon and deepens the analysis and overview provided in the report “Colombia Preparatory paper”.
