ACCIÓ (Agència per la Competitivitat de l’Empresa) and France Clusters are organizing the first Benchmarking Visits & Training this week in Catalonia (Spain). 12 cluster managers from Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan and Palestine take part in this first exciting inspiration and learning week and have the opportunity to meet their Catalan peers during trainings and benchmarking visits. The topics covered are cluster strategy and communication and involvement of cluster members.

The goal is to provide the South Mediterranean cluster managers new methodologies and tools on management topics, as identified through the diagnosis phase of their clusters and generate new contacts. These activities are part of the Cluster Booster Track, which is the “cluster” component of THE NEXT SOCIETY Initiative, coordinated by France Clusters.

In 2019 and 2020, three further 5-day study tours will be organized by France Clusters and respectively:  AWEX in Wallonia (Belgium), ARII Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (France) and CEI Piedmont (Italy). These tours are available in order to improve their cluster management practices and develop new cooperation opportunities.
