INNOSUP project NEPTUNE launches a call for tender that will be of interest to the ICT cluster community

Submitted by Camille DURAN on 01 August 2016

NEPTUNE is a first round winner of the INNOSUP European Union research and innovation H2020 call, aimed at developing new cross-sectoral and cross-border industrial value-chains, including in particular SMEs, to foster the development of Blue Growth industries in Europe. The project is led by French Cluster Aerospace Valley and involves 11 European clusters and other RDI actors.

NEPTUNE will deploy two main approaches to facilitate the emergence of project ideas:

·         An innovative Open Space Platform tool that refers to the collaborative space and innovation animation techniques via a project emergence methodology that aims to help SMEs and other stakeholders to identify market trends and opportunities and support the incubation of Blue Growth projects and innovation ideas.

·         The entrepreneurship and innovation support scheme which covers a large range of measures to directly support SME innovation projects with a complete set of financial vouchers for coaching, mentoring, internationalisation and innovation support aimed at accelerating and enhancing SME growth and job creation.

A first step in delivering the project objectives requires  the development of an immersive virtual collaborative environment for the NEPTUNE project partners

The call (deadline 18/08/2016) may be of interest to the members of the ECCP’s cluster community and especially the ICT and Digital clusters
