ECCP Weekly Digest

We have a special message addressed to the applicants for the Awards 2019 from our colleagues from the European Observatory for Clusters and Industrial Change (EOCIC):

“We thank the many of you who have already applied for the Awards! We are very pleased with the number of applications received and happy to let you know that since the deadline is falling during the holiday period, we decided to extend the deadline until 30 April 2019 midnight. For those of you who have already submitted the application but wish to amend it, you are welcome to send us a second version by the new deadline. We will retain the last version we receive from you. We wish you good luck with the applications!“

As Bianca Dragomir, current holder of the title “Cluster Manager of the Year”, says in her video message, “Europe needs champions. It needs leaders of change. It needs YOU!”
Apply here! And don‘t forget to let us know here what topics of your interest you would like to discuss with peers.

The echo of the main anchor event of the EU Cluster Weeks initiative organised at the Hanover Fair on 1-2 April enabling a first dialogue for cluster cooperation between European clusters and Canadian superclusters is still ongoing: see here the presentations made during the high-level event and here the new testimonials with feedback we received from participants.

Our attention was also captured by an interesting newsletter published by EASME on various Horizon2020 highlights and activities related to environmental issues.
