MobiGoIn-Action selected 34 Companies to participate in MobiGoIn-Action Acceleration Program for USA and Canada, which consists in training and coaching activities aimed at preparing the companies to approach the Automotive and Smart City markets in USA and Canada.

These  European SMEs and start-ups were selected from the first open call of the project: Call for Interest 1: Acceleration Program for USA and Canada, and are the first members of MobiGoIn Network.

 

MobiGoIn WR1 Network

European SMEs and start-ups working on complementary innovative solutions for the automotive and smart cities (mobility) market  interested in technological and business partnerships and opportunities in MobiGoIn-Action World Region 1 (WR1): USA-Canada.

A solution/ service can address 1 or more specialisation segments.

 

MobiGoIn WR1 Network’s Target Markets

The 34 companies offer solutions targeting 2 markets: 17 companies consider Smart City their target market, while 10 companies are more focused on the Automotive market. 7 Companies target both Smart City and Automotive market.

 

Acceleration Program for USA and Canada

The acceleration activities will be carried out in a 5-month period from July to November 2018. Each company will have the opportunity to participate to 3 training session/workshops about subjects such as: internationalisation and new market entry strategies (value proposition, how to better approach a potential buyer/partner, ...), Smart mobility market trends and opportunities (market analysis, insights, ...), Country-focused sessions (fiscal, legal, contracts, cultural, ...).

Each MobiGoIn-Action partner is in charge of a group of companies for which will organise the training workshops. The dates for the training sessions are yet to be published and will be communicated in due time to the 34 selected companies.

The Acceleration Program will end with a European matchmaking event (on November 19-20/2018 in Paris) where the companies from MobiGoIn Network will have the opportunity to meet in person and talk about potential collaborations and cooperation opportunities. It will be also a moment of consolidation of MobiGoIn Value chains and a further opportunity to receive focused training.
