On 20th February 2018, DG GROWTH of the European Commission officially launched the kick-off meeting for all “European Strategic Cluster Partnerships - Going International" (ESCP-4i) initiatives in Brussels. The DG GROWTH supports the establishment and further development of ESCP-4i. The main goal of all Partnerships is to cooperate for jointly internationalisation strategies and better support the access of SME to global value chains and markets in Europe and beyond.

In total 23 Partnerships have been participated in the kick-off meeting. All these Partnerships have been awarded during the kick-off meeting with the label of "European Strategic Cluster Partnership – Going International" and AdPack² was one of them.

AdPack² coordinator Luboš Komárek was discussing during the kick-off meeting the possibilities of joint missions to the target countries (Canada, China, USA) with other Partnerships (New Frontiers in Food Fast Forward, MobiGoIn-Action, etc.). The aim is to boost growth, jobs and investment in Europe and with the combination of more related Partnerships, the final impact will be much higher.
