The projects, approved and partially financed by the Spanish Government, are: ‘Habitat Carbon Footprint Platform’, for the development of a system oriented to reduce the carbon footprint in the habitat industry; ‘Certiblo’, based on the use of blockchain technology for the certification of sustainable construction, and ‘Simual’, aimed at developing an innovative methodology based on BIM and VR for simulating maintenance and security operations of industrial plants with digital models.
