Yesterday, a delegation from the automotive ecosystem of the south Alsace region (France) visited the CEAGA facilities with the aim of sharing good practices, mainly in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, training and Industry 4.0.

This session of good practice was very productive, since the south Alsace region is one of the most advanced and synergistic automotive ecosystems in Europe, with the presence of the PSA Groupe Center in Mulhouse and the Polo Vehicle of the Future Cluster, like CEAGA, it has the Gold Label accreditation of excellence, which accredits it as one of the best managed cluster in Europe.

On the part of CEAGA, in this meeting, the Business Factory Auto (BFA) initiative was presented, with its model of acceleration and consolidation and the high level of the twenty participating companies in this second edition.

Another issue that interested the French delegation was the commitment to the design of their own programs, the concept of learning by doing and the training model taught in the production plants themselves, promoted by CEAGA´s Corporate University.

The strategy 4.0 that CEAGA has developed, based on open innovation, was also one of the topics discussed and that was of great interest to the representatives of Alsace.

This visit has deepened the collaboration between the two automotive ecosystems (Alsace and Galicia), since its already collaborate on common projects such as the recent creation of the European network EACN (European Automotive Cluster Network), which has as a main objective to make possible the digital transformation in the European automotive sector.
