We are glad to announce that the Danish Sound Network became since the last partner meeting held in Copenhagen (last July), new member of the SmartCityTech partnership. After a voting of current partners, it was agreed to accept their candidature.

The Danish Sound Network stimulates growth by branding the Danish sound ecosystem, connecting professionals, and initiating innovative activities across research and business areas. They have three main challenges to ensure the development of this ecosystem: Urban & environmental sound solutions, Sound solutions for healthcare and Digital & creative sound solutions.

Current services which the cluster offers to their members are:

  • R+D+I projects
  • Commercial exploration
  • Matchmaking
  • Advisory services
  • Competence and talent development
  • Analysis and surveys
  • Communication and branding
  • Improving framework conditions
  • Promote internationalisation

With this new addition, the SmartCityTech counts currently with 10 members (DSPValley, BICCnet, BrainsBusiness, GAIA, SCC Cluster, AMEC, House of Energy, Systematic, TICE.PT and the Danish Sound Network) from 7 European countries (Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Italy, France and Portugal).

WELCOME TO THE PARTNERSHIP!
