Project by Dr hab. Sylwia Mrozowska receives funding as part of the Erasmus+ programme

A project by Dr hab. Sylwia Mrozowska "Energy for the future. European studies to challenges in the European Union" (EUnergy) has received funding as part of the Erasmus+ programme.

The project concentrates around the following two Jean Monnet Modules:

  • Aim one, educational, comprises the preparation of textbooks for two elective lectures entitled "Lokalny wymiar polityki klimatyczno-energetycznej Unii Europejskiej" and "Komunikowanie społeczne o środowisku" and their implementation at the Institute of Political Science. In addition, the educational part of the project will include an e-learning course entitled “Wyzwania polityczne dla obszaru Unii Europejskiej”,
  • Aim Two, research-based, concerns a study of the political and social aspects of energy investments in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The results of the studies will be presented at scientific conferences and seminars. The studies conducted will be interdisciplinary in character (Science-Technology-Society), combining technological, economic and political issues (at all levels of government) with social issues.

The project team comprises Dr hab. Sylwia Mrozowska, Dr Barbara Kijewska, Dr Beata Słobodzian and Dr Katarzyna Kamińska-Korolczuk. The project has received funding to the value of 22,495 EUR
