On 4 and 5 of June was celebrated a consortium meeting of the partners of FIT4FoF project. The reunion was held in the headquarters of the Steinbeis S2i GmbH foundation, in Karlsruhe, Germany.

This time, the meeting was divided in two. The first day was a private act were the consortium reunited to discuss about the project and the following steps to do, how are developing the Work Packages, evolution of the deliverables and tasks and, for last, a brainstorming session about the Communities of Practice and how they could help to the advance of the project.

The second day, on Wednesday 5, took place a workshop about Future FoF trends and skills were stakeholders of the project were invited, for example, people from the Politecnico di Milano to talk about "Keynote on Future FoF Skills" and a representative from TRUMPF.

This workshop treated the topics in three sessions: "Identification of Future Trends for Factories of the Future and successful digitalisation of European Industry", "Identification of Future Skills needed by workers to be optimally prepared for the factory of the Future requirements" and que last session to discuss about the "Identification of Skills Gaps". 

Moreover, in the following days the results of this workshop will be released along with the conclusions of it.
