INNO-DROP training week in Greifswald

Submitted by Marisa Fernandez on 19 October 2018

INNO-DROP has successfully finished another training week (the last one) in Greifswald (Germany), headquarters of our team leader Balticnet-Plasmatec (September 24th-28th). This time INNO-DROP consortium was focused on two training topics: conflict management and intercultural skills. Both of them necessary for change management at Cluster level.

Beyond the training, the consortia visited also the facilities of INP in Greisfwald: LEIBNIZ INSTITUTE FOR PLASMA SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY. Especially those laboratories linked to water and nanotechnology (the other two disciplines of INNO-DROP clusters).

The team also invested some time to discuss and complete the required information for the last deliverables of the project, such as project continuation and strategic analysis for INNO-DROP next steps (after project finishes in November 2018). Moreover, INNO-DROP consortia defined the main highlights and lessons learned of the project to present them during the cross-consortia meetings that EASME is organizing at the end of this month.
