The PIMAP Partnership, through the voice of its project coodinator, ALPHA-Route des Lasers & des Hyperfréquences was present at the EU-Korea Cluster Matchmaking Event on the 7-8 November in Vienna. The event, organised in the framework of the Utility Week, provided great insights on cluster cooperation and internationalisation towards the Korean market. ALPHA-Route des Lasers & des Hyperfréquences had very fruitful exchanges with other clusters from both the EU and Korea opearating in the field of energy, cleantech, smart city and electric mobility. As the market perspectives are very high for photonics technologies in the energy sector, the matchmaking sessions were very useful to find potential business partners. A tour was also organised at the Utility Week to discover the organisations represented there. With all the participants, ALPHA-Route des Lasers & des Hyperfréquences went to the French Pavilon, managed by Business France. The group stopped at one of the companies of ALPHA-Route des Lasers & des Hyperfréquences and member of PIMAP: SICAME Group.
