Regional stakeholder seminar on blue economy - Towards a Common Maritime Agenda for the Black Sea took place in Hilton Maslak Istanbul on March 19, 2019 . More than 100 Regional stakeholders from all Black Sea coastal countries, the European Union and other participating countries gathered today in Istanbul. The Seminar was organized with the support of the European Commission and the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, Permanent International Secretariat (BSEC PERMIS). Mr Christos Economou, Head of Unit, Sea-basin strategies, Maritime Regional Cooperation and Maritime Security, Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MARE), European Commission greeted audience.

It was my great pleasure to take participation in plenary session as well as in workshops and to hear that almost all stakeholders recognized IT as a solution for many challenges they are facing at the moment.

It was my pleasure to present to stakeholders some of services and solutions that we as 3-B ICT can offer.
