Silicon Saxony fosters relationship to Taiwan at SEMICON Taiwan

Submitted by Nadja Dehne on 20 September 2017

In 2016, Silicon Saxony focused on Taiwan to help its members exploring the most important market when it comes to semiconductor production. After the European Innovation Week in Taipei, a successful company mission to Taiwan and the Europe-Taiwan Forum at SEMICON Europa last year, the presence at SEMICON Taiwan is a next step in the series of actions towards the Republic of China.

In total, four Silicon Saxony members joined the Silicon Europe booth. For the participating members of the high-tech network from Germany, such as Fabmatics, HSEB Dresden, HighQ-Factory and Saxony Economic Development, the combined appearance gave them more visibility, more relevance, and a growing chance to bring worthwhile business into the rail.

As most of its member companies gave positive feedback, Silicon Saxony already plans its presence at next year's SEMICON Taiwan - of course at the joint booth of Silicon Europe!
