DTE²V, Tuscany Technology Cluster for Energy and Green Economy, has launched the INN.P.A.T. initiative to foster innovation, supporting Tuscany operators into patenting and IP protection services.

Now even more advantageous by using the Voucher Grant to finance the specialized support service, through the DTE²V "ENERGY FOR INNOVATION" Voucher Grant.

The INN.P.A.T. (INNOVATION search through PATENT ANALYZER of new TECHNOLOGIES) service is structured throughout two main support actions:

1° Level - SCOUTING

• Supporting Tuscany operators by defining patent research and study parameters;
• Preliminary analysis;
• Detailed reporting on results;
• Applicants will the receive a temporary account for the INN.P.A.T. online application, to freely research throughout worldwide patent databases and deepening the analysis as provided with the report.

2° Level - PROBLEM SOLVING SUPPORT

Second level activities can be further financed through Tuscany Region opportunities as Specialized Services.

• Evaluating target Technology readiness and maturity and its positioning among market competitors;
• Preliminary Technology Development support and Technology Forecast/Foresight analysis;
• Strategic Decision support towards Technology/Product/Process Innovation and Development.
