ECCA 1st General Assembly meeting
The aim of 1st General Assembly meeting of ECCA ESCP-4i is to set-up the partnership, based on signed application forms, organize work and bodies of the ECCA, and define the outline of ECCA internationalization strategy.
Invited: all clusters, similar business networks and supporting organisations which showed interest to collaborate in ECCA. In order to have full status of the ECCA partner or ECCA supporting organisation organisations have to apply for partnership by signing the ECCA partner application form or ECCA supporting organisation statement of interest, as defined in the ECCA partnership agreement.
Informed: all other clusters and organisations which will be invited to 1st ECCA conference which will take place the next day.

13.00 – 15.00 ECCA General Assembly
Vladimir Gumilar, ECCA coordinator: welcome, presentation of ECCA project, presentation of the ECCA partnership agreement, role of General Assembly (GA) and decision making proces, presentation of the members signed application forms, presentation of the thematic groups, and inter-cluster development and internationalization initiatives resulting from the second ECCA survey.

15.00 - 15.30 Press conference / coffee break
15.30 – 16.30 Workshop of ECCA strategy
Aim of the workshop is to define ECCA internationalization strategy based on expectations and concrete ideas from ECCA partners:
- Common profile of the alliance, common vision, what values we follow
- Identification of our joint competences / value provision to third partners
- Key strategic steps to accelerate internationalization
- Most needed cluster based/ECCA support activities and services toward internationalization.
16.30 – 17.00 ECCA plenary meeting
Presentation of the outcomes of the workshop, closure of the meeting.
