Blue Economy and BlueTech clusters represent one of the most effective ways to promote ocean literacy and to develop the ocean in a sustainable way by aligning interests across the Triple Helix – education, industry, and policy makers. Clusters can play an important role in promoting the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and SDG14 activities region-by-region globally. Morning sessions will discuss clusters, case studies of success and be followed by networking opportunities to promote international collaboration.
